Having missed the regatta last year in favor of going to Kenwood Cup, I found that I missed RTIA so much that I just had to get there this year, even if only for half of the event. I was lucky to be invited to live aboard the Schooner Gypsy Rover and to race on the J-105, Haze III. These plans solved my problem of last minute arrangements and no housing available. So off I went to Abaco in time to do the last 3 races and many of the parties! I was even lucky enough to get there before they ran out of Mount Gay hats!
